What was once an overlooked service alley was reclaimed into useful gathering space for the pair of adjacent buildings to share. During First Fridays, the space is activated with a food truck, live music, and event overflow, During the week, it is business as usual spillover customers from the adjoining coffee shop and office tenants. The space ties together the juxtapositions of the neighborhood; it is at once intimate yet social, trendy but timeless, new and old.
